재외동포(F-4) 소지자는 단순노무행위를 하는 경우, 사행행위 등 선량한 풍속 기타 사회질서에 반하는 행위를 하는 경우, 기타 공공의 이익이나 국내 취업질서 등의 유지를 위하여 그 취업을 제한할 필요가 있다고 인정되는 경우에는 취업할 수 없어요(별첨 7 취업활동 제한범위 고시 참조).Overseas Korean (F-4) holders may not work in simple labour, in acts against good morals or public order such as gambling-type business, or in other cases where restriction is deemed necessary for the public interest or domestic employment order (see Annex 7, the notice on restricted employment).
