일반연수(D-4) 체류기간 연장 준비

활동범위 — 유학(D-2) 자격에 해당하는 교육기관 또는 학술연구기관 외에 교육기관이나 기업체·단체 등에서 교육 또는 연수를 받거나 연구활동에 종사하려는 사람이에요.Scope — a person who receives education or training, or engages in research, at an educational institution, company or organisation other than the schools and research institutes that fall under student (D-2) status.

1회에 부여할 수 있는 체류기간 상한은 2년이에요.The maximum period of stay granted at one time is 2 years.

체류자격 외 활동은 원칙적으로 억제돼요(확인 필요).Activities outside the status are restricted in principle (confirmation required).

어학연수(D-4-1) 자격 소지자는 자격 취득일부터 6개월이 경과하면 회화지도(E-2) 자격 외 활동이 가능해요.Holders of language-training (D-4-1) status may engage in conversation-instruction (E-2) activities outside their status once 6 months have passed since obtaining the status.

근무처의 변경·추가는 해당사항이 없어요.Change or addition of workplace does not apply.

영리목적이 아닌 문화예술(D-1), 유학(D-2), 일반연수(D-4) 자격 소지자의 소속기관 또는 단체 변경(명칭변경 포함)과 취재(D-5), 종교(D-6), 주재(D-7), 기업투자(D-8), 무역경영(D-9) 자격 소지자의 소속기관 또는 단체 명칭이 변경되는 경우에는 법 제35조의 외국인등록사항 변경신고로 처리해요(시행규칙 제49조의 2).For non-profit culture and art (D-1), student (D-2) and general training (D-4) holders, a change of affiliated institution or organisation (including a name change), and for reporting (D-5), religion (D-6), intra-company transfer (D-7), corporate investment (D-8) and trade management (D-9) holders, a change in the name of the affiliated institution, is handled as a report of change to alien registration details under Article 35 of the Act (Enforcement Rule Article 49-2).
