거주(F-2)의 활동범위는 영주자격을 부여받기 위하여 국내 장기체류하려는 자예요.The scope of Residence (F-2) covers those intending long-term stay in Korea in order to obtain permanent residency.
1회에 부여할 수 있는 체류기간 상한은 5년이에요.The maximum period of stay granted at one time is 5 years.
E-7에서 거주(F-2)로 가는 길 세 가지 Three routes from E-7 to Residence (F-2)
- 세부약호에 따라 열려 있는 길이 달라요. 점수제 우수인재(F-2-7)는 원문이 준전문·일반기능·숙련기능인력(E-7-2 ~ E-7-4)을 제외하고 있어서, 숙련기능인력(E-7-4)이라면 기타 장기체류자(F-2-99)나 지역특화형 우수인재(F-2-R) 쪽을 보게 돼요.Which route is open depends on your sub-code. For the points-based route (F-2-7) the source text excludes semi-professional, general-skill and skilled workers (E-7-2 to E-7-4), so a skilled worker (E-7-4) would look at long-term resident (F-2-99) or regional talent (F-2-R).
